Our next meeting will be at Red Gables  on Sunday, August 3rd at 3pm. We are now meeting in person at Red Gables again but we also have an online group for anyone who would prefer to chat “virtually” or over the phone. Just get in touch and we will give you the details.

Our meetings usually last about 2 hours. We sometimes have guest speakers or therapists but always have a good chat.
