Marguerite Calver is hosting a cancer support group based at the luxurious Oxlip House, Bury st Edmunds. The group meets on the last Sunday of every month between 3 and 5pm and provides an opportunity to chat with people affected by any type of cancer including family, friends and carers over tea and cake. The chance to meet and talk with people who are going through similar experiences can help remind us that we are not facing this alone.

For more up to date information, check out the group's facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/BuryStEdmundsCancerSupportGroup/

What a wonderful initiative — reading about the Bury Support Group at Oxlip House genuinely warmed my heart. There's something quietly powerful about gathering over tea and cake, knowing everyone in the room understands the weight you're carrying, whether you're a patient, a carer, or a friend trying to hold it together. Cancer has a way of making life feel incredibly isolating, and spaces like this are a reminder that community is one of the most underrated forms of healing. It reminds me of how important it is to seek out the right kind of support in every area of life — even students dealing with the stress of serious diagnoses in their families often turn to plagiarism-free academic solutions…
It’s truly heartening to read about the Bury Support Group at Oxlip House, where people touched by cancer can come together for tea, cake and meaningful conversation. Groups like this offer much‑needed emotional support by giving members a welcoming, understanding space where they can share experiences and know they’re not alone — something many of us could benefit from, whether facing health challenges or even juggling everyday pressures like juggling coursework deadlines with Nursing Assignment Help Online to manage both studies and wellbeing. These gatherings not only foster camaraderie and healing but also remind us of the strength found in community, whether we’re supporting one another through recovery, caregiving, or simply life’s ups and downs.
It’s inspiring to see how community support groups like Oxlip House create a safe space for people to share and heal, especially during difficult times. I found a similar sense of structure helpful when completing an affordable assignment, where NEBOSH Exam Help guided me to approach complex topics thoughtfully and efficiently.
